ABOUT
The Linwood Education Foundation (LEF) is a community-based non-profit organization. LEF was formed to identify, secure, and distribute resources to supplement and enhance the quality of education in Linwood Public Schools. This is accomplished by working with the Superintendent and Board of Education to identify educational needs within the district. As a tax-exempt, non-profit organization, all contributions made to our foundation are tax-deductible.
LEF raises funds through special events including the Gala for Education. These funds are then distributed back to Seaview Elementary and Belhaven Middle Schools through the LEF Grant Program.
The LEF Grant Program invites teachers and administrators to submit proposals for funding focused on educational technology, innovative programs, classroom necessities, and specialized equipment.
Our goal is to fund as many grants as possible, ensuring that the maximum number of students benefit from this support!
